That was me. I loved my work as a preschool administrator, but I couldn’t shake the feeling that a creative part of me was being left behind. When I finally gave that creativity space to grow, everything changed.

What started as a small spark—pairing children’s books with immersive, real-world experiences—evolved into Book Days, a global literacy initiative reaching thousands of children worldwide. I didn’t set out to be an entrepreneur, but following that creative instinct opened doors I never imagined..

Now, I help others do the same.
Through keynotes, workshops, and tools for teams, I empower leaders to reconnect with their creative edge—so they can lead with clarity, take aligned action, and create meaningful impact in their work and beyond.
