As a preschool administrator, I loved my work, but the pressure was relentless. Somewhere between leading a team, solving problems, and keeping everything moving, I realized I had stopped making space for one of my greatest leadership strengths: creativity.

When I started tapping back into it, I began to see new possibilities—and found the courage to act on them. That shift ultimately changed not only how I led, but the direction of my life.

Today, it’s at the heart of everything I teach: creativity helps us find a way forward when the path isn’t obvious.

What began as a small spark—pairing children’s books with immersive, real-world experiences—grew into Book Days, a global literacy initiative reaching thousands of children worldwide. I never planned to become an entrepreneur, but following that creative instinct expanded my vision, challenged me to take courageous steps, and opened doors I never imagined.
